Rates

Rates:

In-person sessions (75 minutes) are $185; online sessions (60 minutes) are $145.

Payment is due at the time of service; gratuity is not customary for Rolfers®. Cash or check preferred but credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.)  Payment and any additional scheduling is completed at the beginning of the session so that we can spend the rest of the time focused on the work.

West Seattle Rolfing offers a few sliding scale appointments per month from $90-$175. Please contact Jeanne directly to schedule these appointments.

Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 24 hours’ notice is required in order to allow time to fill the empty session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as a late cancel/no show and you are liable for the full session fee ($145 - $185, depending on session type;) arriving more than 20 minutes late to your appointment is considered and charged as a late cancel/no-show; we will not have a session if you are more than 20 minutes late.  Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance, FSA, HSA, & receipts:

We are happy to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance upon your request but we do not make any guarantees about what is covered or what will be reimbursed. If your insurance requires a referral, prescription, and/or a diagnosis from a doctor, please provide this information to us so we can include it on your receipt.  West Seattle Rolfing, LLC neither submits any information directly to insurance companies nor do they communicate with them.

Please note: some FSA and HSA cards do work with my payment processor system; please bring an an alternate type of payment in case your FSA or HSA card does not.
